Car Rental Agent

 

ImageCar Hire Hebrides have temporary seasonal vacancy's at our Stornoway Airport branch!

At this branch we service every incoming flight, providing high quality cars and vans to both pre-booked and walk-in customers.

There are roles available for a Car Rental Agent and a Bookings Administrator. They will commence in May and run until at least September.

Car Rental Agent responsibilities:

  • Valeting vehicles to a high standard
  • Completing vehicle condition inspections
  • Completing vehicle deliveries and collections throughout the Western Isles

Bookings Administrator responsibilities:

  • Accepting and administering bookings over the phone, online and by email.
  • Allocating bookings and maximising vehicle utilisation.
  • Providing top class customer service in an efficient and friendly manner.

Minimum requirements:

  • Applicants must have held a full UK driving for more than 1 year
  • Applicants must be willing to work flexible hours to suit the needs of the business, including weekends and occasionally evenings
  • Applicants must possess basic computer literacy (this is especially important for the role of Bookings Administrator)
